The March 20, 2012 Quarterly General Membership Meeting (QGMM) has been rescheduled for April 17, 2012.

It’s that time again. We only do it four times a year! The Board of Directors has been hard at work developing strategies to help make MdPHA successful. We have started with the implementation of the Strategic Plan and continuing to build the infrastructure of the organization. Learn what we have done since October 2011.

Enjoy dinner. Network.

We need your expertise and help to reach the goals of the 2011-2013 Strategic Plan. See the plan at http://www.mdpha.org/documents/MdPHA%20Strategic%20Planning.pdf.  Sign up and become active in at least one committee or section. You can find details about committees and sections on the web site. Committee chairs will be available at the meeting to discuss the responsibilities of the committees. Your involvement is crucial to MdPHA’s success.

Registration is now open for the American Public Health Association's Midyear Meeting.
Building on the success of our first Midyear Meeting in June 2011, this year's Midyear Meeting will focus on The New Public Health - Rewiring for the Future. Join APHA and our partners on June 26-28 in Charlotte, N.C., to learn in an interactive environment how the public health system must position itself to address changing needs and demands. Attendees will leave the meeting with the educational, policy and advocacy tools needed for keeping up with and anticipating the changes that will be necessary to "rewire" the public health infrastructure. For a full description of the Midyear Meeting go, to www.apha.org/midyear.
